1. Every skintone can carry a classic red
2. Make sure you use a moisturising texture as it is more wearable than matte.

By wearing a bright lipstick you attract attention to your mouth which if your teeth were yellow it would make this noticeable. If this is a problem then instead concentrate on your eyes and leave your lips neutral. A red lip comes in so many different tones so try out a few and see how you feel. Light irredescent lipsticks would however make your teeth look less white so these should be avoided.
