This year I am backing the 70's revival so stand aside 80's neons and step forward golden glam!
Take inspiration from Louis Vuitton's sultry smoked eye using gold pigments and black kohl and mix it with some 70's inspired bronze shades for your lips to make the look your own.
Don't take too literally what you see on the catwalk as sometimes it is hard to pull off in everyday life so choose the components that you think will suit you and get your own individual look.
So clean out your make up bag for the new year and add a few little treats to give you a new you for the new year.
Firstly sweep over your lids with an intense gold shadow layering more on the lower lid and using a blending brush to swirl up under the brow. My favourite for intense colour is Mac pigments and my ultimate shade is 'Old Gold'.
Dig out your old faithful bronzer for a glowy sunkissed complexion.
Keep lips pouty with a plumping gloss. I love the Bourjois 3d gloss as it isn't gloopy and leaves a gorgeous glimmer on the lips. My shade for this season is 'beige elastic'.
